Sinolpan relies on pure cineole extracted from eucalyptus oil for the relief of cold symptoms and sinusitis.

As long as our upper airways are healthy, the surface cells of the sinuses act like a perfectly coordinated cleaning team. While some of them produce a stick secretion, others carry away this mucus – which captures pathogens and particles of dirt – with finest filaments called cilia in the direction of the throat and out through the nose.

The pathogens responsible for infections create chaos in this clever self-cleansing system. Because, when too many of them reach the nose and sinuses, the mucous membranes swell up so much that the secretion can no longer flow away.
